Pastoral Care

Pastoral care is an important feature of our school life at Kings Monkton. We believe that children can only flourish in an environment where they feel safe, secure and supported. All members of staff work hard to maintain and develop a culture where every child is able to feel valued and to grow in confidence. Time and care is taken to resolve any differences and to deal fairly and proportionately with any disciplinary matters and pupils are given opportunities to reflect on how to manage their relationships and how to respect and value each other.
