The adolescent years present a period of rapid, sometimes hectic change for a young person and as a parent you need reassurance that your child's academic progress is being guided and closely monitored as well as attention being paid to pastoral care in terms of developing character, confidence and a sense of responsibility and initiative.

High priority is given to maintaining and enhancing the highest standards of teaching and learning in all subjects. Our teachers aim to make their lessons inspirational, challenging and accessible to all of our pupils. Teaching programmes encourage pupils to innovate and comment, as well as to acquire knowledge and develop key skills.   

Specialist facilities include a well-equipped gymnasium, excellent laboratories for physics, chemistry and biology, an art studio, a technology workshop, two computer suites, and a library as well as facilities for drama and specialist teaching studios for music. There is an excellent dining hall with a wide choice of meals and snacks on offer each day.
