Years 4 & 5 visit St Fagans

Years 4 and  5 went to St Fagans Museum of Welsh Life today on March 9th. We had an hour workshop where 4 children were dressed in Tudor clothing and they looked fantastic- Sir Edward (Sid) and his wife Lady Blanche (Aishu) were dressed as a very rich Tudor couple. Squire John (Sean) and Mistress Anne (Mehak) were dressed as a wealthy farmer and his wife as pictured.

Then we went on the Tudor trail looking at different farm houses from the Tudor period- Hendre’r-ywydd Uchaf farmhouse and Y Garred Fawr farmhouse and St Teilo’s church which is decorated as a church in the Tudor times would have been.
