Curriculum

 

The national curriculum subjects form the basis of our curriculum, giving breadth and balance which is enriched through the teaching of two modern languages, French and Spanish, as well as Latin and Drama. Pupils are given a very good range of choice at GCSE and most will take ten subjects at this level in Year 11.

All pupils have the opportunity to gain recognised accreditation in ICT, enhancing their skills and equipping them for work, study and leisure activities in our modern world.

Pupils are regularly entered for the graded examinations of the English Speaking Board. The preparation for these is an excellent experience for each child, encouraging skills of vocal presentation and articulation.
